Turkey Herbed Burger with Spicy Cranberry Mayo

Turkey Herbed Burger with Spicy Cranberry Mayo:

1lb. Ground Turkey

3 Garlic Cloves (minced)

1/4 Cup Parsley (finely chopped)

1/2 tbsp. Sage

1/4 Cup Green Onion (minced)

1/4 Cup Celery (finely chopped)

1/4 Cup Green Pepper (minced)

1Cup Breadcrumbs

3 tbsp. Milk

2 tbsp butter

Hamburger Buns

Spring Mix

Tomatoes

1/2 Small White Onion (sliced)

BURGERS:

In a large bowl; add the first nine ingredients.  Mix until ingredients are fully combined.  Form patties, allowing them to rest in the refrigerator for 15 – 20 minutes.

Heat griddle/grill on medium-high heat adding butter.  Place patties on grill and allow to cook eight to ten minutes on each side or until patties have reached an internal temperature of 165°.  Remove from heat and place on paper towels. 

Place onions on grill abd remove once heated.  At this point…toast buns.  (This can be done before burgers are finished)

Spread cran-mayo evenly on bottom bun; add spring mix, tomatoes, onions and burger.  Cover with top bun after adding more of the cran-mayo dressing!

CRAN-MAYO:

1/2 Cup Mayo

3/4 tbsp. Cranberry Sauce

1/4 tsp. Lemon Juice

1/4 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Habanero Pepper (minced)

Place all ingredients in a medium bowl.  Mix well and allow to chill.
