On Sunday, December 3, the last performance of the poetry performance ‘Dance Into The Dawn’ by poet/writer Wilco Harbers took place at Sobremesa – Kas di Arte on Bonaire.
Following the loss of his loved one in December 2021, Wilco wrote the poetry collection ‘Dance Into The Dawn’, which was published in January 2023.
In this performance of the same name, Wilco Harbers tells the story of this loss and breathlessly takes his audience on his journey from grief, fear and loss to love, comfort and happiness.
This 5th performance on Bonaire, like the previous performances, attracted a full house again.
Afterwards, the poet/performer received enthusiastic and heart-warming responses.
Wilco will now concentrate on the realization of his audio book of the same name and the English translation of his collection, which will be called “Dance Into The Dawn”. Both are planned to be released in the early months of next year.
Discussions are currently also underway about a theater tour in the Netherlands.
