1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine

1 teaspoon chili crisp

1 scallion finely chopped

1/2 lb ground chicken

40 –50 wonton wrappers

1/4 cup water

2 –3 cups vegetable oil
