Caribbean Information and Credit Rating Services Limited (CariCRIS) has assigned initial
ratings of CariA- (Foreign and Local Currency Ratings) on the regional rating scale and
jmAA- on the Jamaica national scale (Foreign and Local Currency Ratings) to the proposed
bond issue of up to US $285 million of Sage Power Limited (the SPV)
