Embattled music executive Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing yet another sexual assault charge as a Dominican alleges in court documents that Diddy drugged him, raped him and gave him a sexually transmitted disease (STD).
Edmond Laurent, a native Dominican and a former model and actor who once appeared in Britney Spears and Lil’ Kim music videos, is suing Combs and several Jane and John Does of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and sexual battery as well as civil conspiracy and aiding and abetting.
Reported in Variety Magazine, the lawsuit was filed on Tuesday, July 1 in a Los Angeles Superior Court, alleging sexual abuse, drugging, and intentional transmission of a sexually transmitted disease.
In the 32-page lawsuit, Laurent also mentioned several unnamed individuals accusing them of assault, battery, sexual battery, civil conspiracy, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence, and aiding and abetting.
In the suit, Laurent lays out a series of alleged incidents taking place in the late 2000s at luxury hotels in the Los Angeles area, including The Intercontinental in Century City, SLS in Beverly Hills and the Mondrian in West Hollywood.
Laurent alleges he was “drugged and raped by Combs and a mystery woman, who purposefully punctured a condom with her nails and exposed the plaintiff to a sexually transmitted infection, and that he “suffered severe health issues including stomach cancer as a result of the alleged abuse.”
The first incident with Diddy started after Edmond was booked for a bachelorette party at an LA hotel, where he arrived to find a man and woman in masks wanting a private dance.
“Seeing nothing wrong with the request, Plaintiff proceeded to perform. After the performance, he was paid and left,” the lawsuit states, revealing the man was Diddy.
The woman allegedly called a few days later for another private performance, and after dancing, he was propositioned for intercourse with her. He says Diddy said “how much pleasure he derived from watching another man ‘f–k’ his girl.”
He agreed and put on a condom and engaged with the woman, earning $1,000 additional for the act. The woman reportedly continued to contact him for another time, where he was offered a drink, but declined after tasting it. He was also offered multiple different drugs, which he also declined.
